The terminal filter produced by the German company Sadolis has a membrane pore size of 0.22 μ m, which can achieve comprehensive interception and filtration of bacteria, microorganisms, and particulate matter. It is a double-layer cellulose acetate membrane that does not contain surfactants and has extremely low protein adsorption. A PTFE membrane exhaust device is designed at the top of the terminal filter. When filtering, the exhaust port is opened, and bubbles can be discharged at any time to avoid air resistance, thus ensuring high flow rate of the filter. After tightening the cover of the exhaust port, the integrity test of the filter can be completed. The membrane material and structure used in this small bag filter are exactly the same as those of larger bag filters, and the flux per unit area is also completely the same.
The Sadolis terminal filter adopts imported PES membrane, which is installed at the end use point of pure water equipment for terminal filtration of ultrapure water. It can effectively remove microorganisms and particulate matter, avoiding secondary pollution when using ultrapure water.
